Wall Stickers - FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What surfaces can I apply the wall stickers to?

Our stickers adhere best to smooth, clean, and dry surfaces. This includes painted walls (wait at least 3 weeks after painting), glass, mirrors, metal, and smooth wood. They may not stick well to textured walls, bare brick, unpainted drywall, or surfaces painted with Teflon or stain-resistant paints.

Are the stickers easy to remove? Will they damage my paint?

Yes, our standard vinyl stickers are designed to be easily removable without leaving residue or damaging the underlying paint, provided the wall was properly primed and painted. To remove, gently peel a corner and pull the sticker back slowly at a 180-degree angle. If the sticker is stubborn, lightly warming it with a hairdryer can help loosen the adhesive.

Can I reuse the wall stickers once removed?

Generally, no. While they remove cleanly, the vinyl tends to stretch during the removal process, and the adhesive loses its strength. They are designed for a single application. (Note: If you sell specific "reusable fabric decals," update this answer accordingly).

How do I apply the wall stickers?

Ensure your surface is clean and completely dry. Most of our decals come with transfer tape. Simply peel the backing paper off, position the design on your wall, use a credit card or squeegee to smooth it down firmly (removing air bubbles), and then slowly peel away the clear transfer tape, leaving only the design on the wall. Full instructions are included with every order.

Can I use the stickers in a bathroom or kitchen?

Yes, they handle humidity well once applied. However, the surface must be completely dry before you apply the sticker. We do not recommend placing them inside a shower enclosure where they will be hit with direct, constant water streams.

Do you offer custom sizes or designs?

Yes! We can often adjust the size of our current designs or create something entirely bespoke for you. Please contact us through our Custom Orders page with your ideas, dimensions, and preferred colors for a quote.
